User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Clauddy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Clauddy provides AI API aggregation services, allowing access to various AI models through a unified API.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of your credentials and API keys
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Promptly report unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Resell without authorization
- Reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
- Generate harmful or illegal content
- Abuse rate limits
5. Fees and Payment
- Prepaid credit system
- Non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Pricing may change with 30 days notice
6. Content and Data
- You retain rights to your Inputs
- You own Outputs generated from your Inputs
- We do not train models on your data
- We are not responsible for Output accuracy
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
8. Limitation of Liability
Clauddy's total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Violations may result in suspension.
10. Changes
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
